Yup! It's true!
Now before we get into this let me start out by saying I was never a tiny little petite thing.
Let’s put it this way, I was never "that girl" in high school that made the other girls jealous.
You know the ones I’m talking about, they can eat what they want do what they want and never put on any weight ever!
Even more annoying, is when you hear them say “OMG I can’t believe how much weight I’ve put on!”
When I hear this my inside voice is screaming, REALLY!?
Here I am basically eating like a goldfish and stressing out about calories. You know what I mean… Not eating all the good stuff we actually enjoy eating...
No instead, I’m eating salads.
Then we get into exercise…
You know the saying, get the heart rate up and the pounds will simply drop off your body.
I've done it all. Walking, Jogging, Gym memberships, Aerobics you name it…
Heck, I even tried zumba! Which honesty, was pretty fun.
I also have to admit that no matter how hard or how many times I worked out I can honestly say... "I do not like exercising!"
No matter what I did or how hard I tried, every time I stepped on the scale the numbers never changed. In fact, If anything the numbers kept creeping up.
I was starting to think I was going to be overweight for the rest of my life.😢
I’d never felt so helpless in my entire life.
Which brings me to “why it all started with this weird little quiz”
I was relaxing and enjoying my weekend, checking my Facebook and came across a post talking about this strange “5-second water hack” and how it's helped multiple people all around the world.
I clicked the link and was taken to a quiz.
Which led to my discovery of this “5-second water hack” from this tiny Malaysian island.
